Products can be returned within 15 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please read carefully our Refund Policy Frequently Asked Questions below.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Our policy lasts 15 days. However, we understand that being a crafter means sometimes changing your mind; therefore, we can make unique exceptions when necessary. If 15 days have gone by, please make us a call or send us an email, and we will try our best to resolve your case. We want you to love your projects and your experience with us!
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your order’s original shipping fee is non-refundable unless we have made an error on your order which prompted the return.

HOW DO I COMPLETE MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?
To complete your return, please mail us back the unused items you would like to return in the product's original packaging and labels to us. The address is:

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will also happily exchange your item or give you store credit, just mention it in your note, call or email!
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES -
If you find you have to cancel your class and it is more than 7 days before the first session, you will receive a full refund. If it is 7 to 2 days (48 hours) before the first session, you can either receive a store credit or register for another class. If it is within 48 hours before the first session, you will not be able to receive a refund or a store credit. Unfortunately, if you miss a class, there are no available make up classes.
