Shipping

We are extremely happy you are shopping with us and supporting a female planet friendly shop! You want to receive your package as soon as possible, and we want you to have it ASAP too. However, taking care of the health of our employees is our top priority, and this has slowed down us a little bit. The total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time. Please read below to calculate the time of your delivery. 

Processing time —

Once we have received your order, it will take us up to 2-3 business days to prepare it. 

Shipping time —

When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our store is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Shipping Cost —

Shipping includes beautiful packaging and careful handling and we do our best to keep shipping costs reasonable. All US orders over $200 automatically ship for free.

For delivery outside the US —

Our shipping prices are based on the weight, size, and value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. Please contact us at hello@maxandherb.com if you have any questions. 

Global priority packages are not insurable, so unfortunately, Max and Herb cannot be responsible for lost packages. Max and Herb does not collect customs fees.  Each country has different parameters for customs fees and you may be charged by your local customs office.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If we made a mistake or you encounter any issues, email us at hello@maxandherb.com, and we will happily assist you. New, unused yarn can be returned within 15 days for a full refund. Sale items, patterns, books, kits, bundles, magazines, wound yarn, and needles are not refundable. Read our Exchange Policy

Customs Fees

This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order (orders within the US). All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping time is dependet upon not only on the mail service, but of course also on the service in your country. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at (470) 246 - 5532 or email us at hello@maxandherb.com

Find the clickable tracking number inside the automatic email sent to you when we shipped your order. This number will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually gauge. We only charge international shipping fees in relation to your location as well as the total weight of your package, but any additional fees have to be taken up with customs in your country.
